The South Station Tower will rise 51 stories, consist of nearly 1,000,000 square feet of space, and house ultra luxury condominiums(approximately 155), a 5 star hotel(200+ rooms with flag to be announced soon), office and retail spaces.

The top 16 floors will consist homes soaring over the city with unobstructed, commanding views of the harbor, blue hills, Ocean and skyline. The Tower will be one of the tallest residential/mixed use buildings in the city. The amenities will include an indoor pool, fitness center, work spaces, concierge and valet parking.
